Garlic Lemon Beet Salad

Ingredients

  • 6 Roasted Beets sliced in small lengths
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley chopped

For The Dressing

  • 3 cloves Garlic mashed
  • 6 tbsps Lemon Juice
  • 9 tbsps Olive Oil extra virgin
  • 3 dashes Salt & Pepper

Instructions

  1. 1- Whisk well the dressing ingredients, and pour over the roasted beets. Mix gently.

    2- Sprinkle on the fresh chopped parsley, and mix gently.

    3- Chill in the fridge for 10 minutes, and you're good to go!
