The greatness of this recipe is that it enables your blood circulation, facilitates your digestion, improves your blood vessel function and your kidney function, lowers your high blood pressure, soothes down upset stomach, and tackles insomnia. In order to do so, compose and consume this simple drink:

  • 4 tablespoons of water
  • 2 tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons of honey.

This recipe is also effective to soothe your sore throat and calm your cough. Use it then by gargling.


People with diabetes should talk to their doctors before using Apple Cider Vinegar as it contains chromium, and can alter insulin levels.


QUICK RELIEF OF HEADACHESHealth Remedy: Apple Cider Vinegar

Mix and drink:

  • 2 tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons of honey.


Health Remedy for Sinus


  • 2 tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 glass of water

Drink the entire glass. Depending on the extent of your congestion, or the persistence of your Sinus, drink several glasses of this recipe throughout the day until relief.




Health Remedy: Apple Cider VinegarGently apply Apple Cider Vinegar on the affected area with a cotton pad, several times a day. If the affected area is too painful to touch, pour Apple Cider Vinegar on it.

Repeat as many times as needed to sooth it down. You can also use a creamy mixture of Corn Flour and Rosewater, as I do. It soothes quickly the inflammation!


Health Remedy for blood pressure


  • 2 tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 glass of water.

Drink a glass every 4 hours, or 3 times a day.


Chronic fatigue is characterized by extreme fatigue that does not improve with rest, and may worsen with physical or mental activity. It could be due to psychological stress or viral infections, or a combination of factors.

Health treatment

Try this treatment!

  • 3 tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 cup of honey.

Prepare this mixture and store it in a tightly close container. Take 2 tablespoons before your night sleep.


Health Remedy: weight lossEXTRA WEIGHT TO GET RID OF?

Drink these 2 glasses in the morning on empty stomach.

  • 4 tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 glasses of Water


Apple Cider Vinegar is also very effective on your skin when dealing with burns, acne, wrinkles and open pores, and works as an anti-aging.


Health Remedy for AcneACNE AND SCARS

Apple Cider Vinegar kills the bacteria causing you Acne infections and irritation. It also shrinks facial pores.To deal with Acne and/or open pores, use Apple Cider Vinegar as a tonic and/or a mask:

Face Tonic

  • ½ glass of water
  • 2 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar

Use a cotton pad to damp your face with this mixture, every 30 min throughout your day, or as needed.

  • 2 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. Sandalwood oil

Apply on your face and neck for 20 minutes. Wash with lukewarm water.
