A Delicious & Simple Side Dish Full of Health Values:

The Roasted Cauliflower with Tahini Dressing


You have probably seen it plenty in our restaurants, inland and abroad. They are served fried, which is the original recipe, with Tahini Dressing to top. I am opting to give you a healthier version that is as delicious with ZERO Cholesterol: Roasted!

This recipe comes to your table with 0 Cholesterol, and 2 g Fat only!


Delicious, yes! And full of  health benefits!

Detoxing and Anti-inflammatory, the Cauliflower is also high in Minerals and various Vitamins, specially Vitamin C & K. Roasted Cauliflower with Tahini Dressing

Cook Time 45 minutes
Total Time 55 minutes
Servings 5 people


  • 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Kg Cauliflower cut and washed
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Tahini Dressing Ref to my recipe
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley (Optional) chopped finely
  • Baking Pan
  • Aluminium Foil


  1. Preheat your oven at 200C.

    Oiled softly a non-stick baking pan, place in the Cauliflowers without sticking them together.

    Season with Salt, cover with aluminum foil/tin, and place in the over to roast for 25 min.

  2. Meanwhile, prepare the Tahini Dressing by following the recipe as indicated above. 

    Optional: Stir in the chopped parsley and set aside in a serving bowl. 

  3. Remove the pan from the oven, turn the cauliflowers up side down, and back to the oven to roast for another 20 minutes or until their color turn blond to golden.

  4. Transfer the cauliflowers into a serving plate.

    Consume at once, or at room temperature with the Tahini Dressing on the side.
