How to Make A Colorful and Nutritious Christmas Breakfast This Year

  • on December 21, 2018

Nothing is more appealing to the family than to enjoy a good breakfast after sharing our Christmas gifts. We usually jump on to the sweet and cookies. Not this year though!

This year, have your breakfast menu, like mine, as enticing as the Christmas colors. Your children and family members will find it hard to start their first morning meal with the cookies this year! ūüôā

Here is a menu I propose to you with recipes and tips for a quick making, …because you also deserve to celebrate!

Start with A Lebanese Strawberry Banana Smoothie with Cream and Nuts
Follow it with a healthy Toast:

Ashkawan and Cream Cheese Toasts with Juicy Figs and Fragrant with Basil and Seeds
Sunflower Avocado Toasts, which you can have your children participate in the making since this is a very easy Kids’ recipe!
And a fulfilling Dish of

Eggs Scrambled with Ham, Tomatoes, Green Pepper, Parsley, and Spring Onions, and Topped with Cheeses
Tuna Spring Omelette with potatoes, tomatoes, spring onions, fresh¬†parsley, black olives, and mushrooms. You can have the vegetables readily chopped a night before, and packed in the fridge in an airtight container. Mix with eggs in the morning, and… in the oven!
And now for a light Christmas dessert after that healthy and nutritious breakfast,
I suggest:

Sable Butter Cookies with Jam that you can prepare days ahead

Ashta Cream Apricots that can also be prepared a day before
Enjoy your Christmas breakfast and the Holidays.
A Very Merry Christmas to you and your family. God Bless!
