Chicken and Turkey Pizza Wrap
They are on trend nowadays these sandwich wraps made deliciously like Pizza but with Lebanese Pita Bread, or flatbread. They’re super easy to make, lighter than pizza, enjoyed on the go, and convenient for home made lunch at work or in school.
For us cooking at home, this wrap is also an excellent way to use leftover Chicken of previous day. Basically, what you will need to wrap up this nutritious and delicious sandwich are Pita Bread, Tomato Sauce, Turkey ham slices, fresh mushrooms, black olives, and shredded yellow cheese. It is enhanced with Dry Oregano and Mint. It all seems and taste like a delicious pizza without the fattening dough!

Chicken Pizza Wrap
- 200 Chicken Breast roasted
- 1/2 cup Tomato Sauce
- 1 tsp Dry Basil
- 1 tsp Dry Oregano
- 1 Lebanese Pita Bread (medium)
- 2 slices Turkey ham
- 2 tbsps Shredded Yellow Cheese Light
- 2 tbsps Black Olives Pitted, Sliced
- 2 tbps Mushrooms cut in slices
Warm your oven.
Mix well the Tomato Sauce with the herbs.
Cut the chicken in slices, and the Turkey ham in 2 pieces each.
Lay the Pita Bread on the counter, and spread on the tomato sauce. Top it with the turkey, then the chicken.
Sprinkle on the olives, and the Mushrooms, and cover it all with the shredded cheese.
Toast it in the oven for just enough time to melt the cheese.
Option 1: Cut the Pizza in two equal parts and serve.
Option 2: Wrap the Pizza and then cut it in two equal parts.
