Healthy Banana Chocolate Smoothie


This smoothie can be done in 15 minutes. But that’s not the best part. It’s so good for you! It’s packed full of Omegas, and you are going to love it, love it!

It contains Peanut Butter and Honey with Banana and milk. It also contains homemade Chocolate syrup, an easy recipe you can get here. All is blended with a little yet enough Flaxseeds to give you a boost of good health. We use ground flaxseed that is going to break down nicely, melting and blending, into an awesome healthy-rich smoothie.

  • 2 Banana
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 2 tablespoons Peanut Butter
  • 2 teaspoons Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Chocolate Syrup Use my recipe for a healthy homemade Chocolate Syrup.
  • 1 tablespoon Flaxseed
  • 1/2 cup Ice


  1. Place all the ingredients in the blender, and blend until a nice smoothie.

    Serve at once, and enjoy!
