Nature Power-Health Chickpea Salad with Seeds
A fresh salad packed full of natural power-health! Two types of seeds that are important to your health partake in this delicious salad with the nutritious chickpeas and the fresh ingredients: Fresh Parsley, Fresh Mint, Green Pepper, Red Pepper, and Red Onions.
It is flavor-enhanced and health-boosted to succulence with garlic, black pepper, lemon juice, extra-virgin olive oil and its multi-healing properties, and enough Tahini paste for its high quality protein.
The seeds? Flax Seeds grounded and whisked in the dressing, and Sunflower Seeds mixed in the salad!
Flax seeds are best consumed grounded into a powdery texture in order for you to benefit from all its great nutrients.

Nature Power-Health Chickpea Green Salad with Seeds
- 2 cans Chickpeas washed under running water, and drained
- 1 bunch Fresh Parsley chopped
- 1 Red Pepper (medium) chopped
- 1 Green Pepper (medium) chopped
- 1/2 Red Onion (small chopped
- 6 leafs Fresh Mint chopped roughly
- 2 cloves Garlic pounded
- 1 tbsp Sunflower Seeds
For the Dressing
- 3 tbsps Olive Oil Extra-Virgin
- 3 tbsps Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Flaxseed grounded
- 1/2 tsp Tahini paste
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Black Pepper or to taste
Whisk well all the ingredients of the Dressing, and set aside.
Mix together all the ingredients of the Salad, except the Sunflower Seeds. Toss well for the ingredients to take in the fragrance of the garlic.
Drizzle the dressing, and mix well. Add the Sunflower Seeds, and toss again.
Allow it to set and chill in the fridge for 8-10 minutes, and serve.
