Salmon Fish Filets
with Basil Fragrant Mustard Dressing
This might be the easiest seafood dish you could do with a touch of fanciness and plenty of deliciousness. With less than 15 minutes to prepare, and 12 minutes to roast the Salmon, you are set to offer your guests or your family a handsomely looking dish.
The dressing is an suave cream of Dijon Mustard, Light Mayonnaise, and Honey, fragrantly enhanced with a touch of fresh basil, and a spark of lemon juice.
It is season with Black Pepper, and you could have the option to spice it a little with a dash of Cayenne if you wish so. Part of this dressing goes to coat the filets before roasting. The remaining is served topping them at serving time.
You might want to bookmark this page, for the dressing is similarly delicious with roasted chicken and BBQ or grilled beef.
I can recommend siding this Salmon dish with steamed vegetables and Roasted Turmeric Potato Wedges. A herb-fragrant rice will also do lovely with it if you prefer it to the potatoes.
To Your Good Health, Cheers!
