The Lebanese Kafta Meat
The Kafta meat is that fragrant blend of fresh parsley, fresh onions and extra-lean ground beef, all which is seasoned with the super healthy Lebanese 7-Spice. It is a versatile meat that is consumed grilled as is, spread thinly inside a pita bread that we then toast, or in dishes for meals. No wonder we love the Kafta meat a lot. It is as delicious as convenient.
The Kafta meat is always available at the meat section in Lebanese supermarkets around the world. I am providing you with the recipe here in case you have no access to them or you prefer doing it yourself.
It’s a 10 minute recipe of the Kafta meat we use to prepare the Kafta stew of the Daoud Basha, the popular Lebanese family meal of Baked Kafta and Potatoes in Tomato Sauce, the stuffing of the Shish Barak dumplings, and so on. I will be referring you to this page with more related recipes coming up.
You can also make your meal for the day with this recipe. All that it takes is to roll the Kafta in fingers and grill them in the oven for 10-12 minutes, or on your BBQ.
