Tri-Pepper Duo Cheese Balls with Pistachio Nuts

Upon My Readers’ Request:

A Treat From the ELR Creative Cheese Series

Here we go with our 5th creative cheese of the series, and we are going cuter in size and bolder with the inclusion of more ingredients.

This is a cheese that is super delicious, totally appealing at receptions, and great as appetizer, or for a moment of craving something special. Because this cheese is indeed special!

Your guests and family will fall in love with this Gourmet Cheese that is rich in flavors and textures!

The recipe is easy. It consists of blending together Cheddar Cheese, Cream Cheese, and Butter, and then super-boosting it with three types of Peppers, Lemon Zest, and both Roasted Garlic and Onion Flakes (I know, it’s mouthwatering!).

For the peppers, I use fresh Yellow and Orange Peppers, and the Red Pepper in flakes.  This gourmet combination is then formed into small balls, and coated with Pistachio Nuts for an optimal palate experience.

The Flakes of these ingredients absorb moist from the cheeses during the resting time in the fridge. They hence soften and diffuse their aromas.

To Your Good Health and Enjoyment, Cheers!
