Preheat your oven at 425°F or 220°C.
Prepare a baking tray with aluminium foil, and lay the filets on top. Set aside.
In a small bowl, whisk well the ingredients and season with Black Pepper and Cayenne.
Coat each Salmon filet with one full tablespoon of the dressing. Set the remaining aside.
Place the baking tray in the oven and allow it to cook for not more than 12 minutes to avoid drying it.
Transfer the filets onto a serving plate or 4 individual plates. Bath them with the remaining dressing, and serve at once.
